Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales and PM teams to expand client engagements.
  • Develop strategies to protect and increase recurring revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client discussions.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews and consultation meetings.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyse client businesses and ecommerce operations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic consultation on digital commerce improvements.
  • Recommend technology, marketing, and optimisation strategies.
  • Bridge communication between Sales, Project Managers, and Delivery teams.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
  • Support internal teams with account insights and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain structured documentation for accounts, growth plans, and opportunities.
  • Prepare account reports, performance reviews, and revenue projections.
  • Ensure strong governance and reporting discipline.

Technical Skills Required

  • Own revenue growth targets for existing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of platform capabilities, limitations, and architecture considerations.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Understanding of PPC (Paid Advertising)
  • Basic understanding of enterprise ecommerce technical architecture.
  • Ability to communicate with technical teams and solution architects.
  • Strong ability to analyze client data, performance metrics, and business insights.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ability to evaluate the ROI of proposed solutions and strategies.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to create clear strategic proposals and reports.
