Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct a deep-dive analysis of campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in targeting, bidding, creatives, and messaging
  • Track and measure KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) to ensure business objectives are met
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing best practices
  • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark campaign performance
  • Work closely with the sales/lead generation team to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign attribution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus
