- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
- Conduct a deep-dive analysis of campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in targeting, bidding, creatives, and messaging
- Track and measure KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) to ensure business objectives are met
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing best practices
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark campaign performance
- Work closely with the sales/lead generation team to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- 4–8 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign attribution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus
