We introduced a Mega Menu to simplify navigation, allowing customers to browse products and categories effortlessly. Advanced filtering and sorting options were added to help users quickly locate groceries, improving their shopping experience significantly.
Advance Picker App and Shipping Integration
A picker app for Android and iOS was developed to improve warehouse coordination and streamline order fulfilment. Seamless delivery was enabled through LITTLE AFRICA’s integration using REST API and mobile app tools for reliable order completion.
Robust Loyalty and Payment Solutions
The nGage Loyalty Program was introduced to reward customer loyalty through SMS registration and OTP validation. Additionally, ABSA and M-Pesa payment integrations facilitated smooth, secure transactions using personalized payment links.
Optimized Catalog and Order Management
We streamlined catalog management for Chandrana to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and categorization, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Automated order processing software was also implemented to handle real-time stock updates and provide customer-approved replacements for unavailable items.
