NEOM aimed to create a unified ticketing system that streamlined event integration, optimized payment workflows and ensured precise data synchronization across platforms. The objective was to centralize event management, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. We used Shopify to provide seamless ticketing solutions.

Lack of Centralized System for Events  
NEOM faced challenges in managing diverse event categories, such as entertainment, health, retail, sports, and cultural activities. The absence of a unified platform hindered operational efficiency and negatively impacted the overall customer experience.

Data Synchronization Issues  
Synchronizing event data across platforms was problematic for NEOM. Difficulties in matching order numbers with payment IDs led to errors in sales tracking and invoice management, creating inefficiencies in their ticketing and accounting processes.

Payment Process Complexity  
NEOM experienced inefficiencies in payment processing due to limited integration between SAP, its ERP system, and other platforms. This lack of seamless synchronization caused invoicing challenges, reducing operational effectiveness and diminishing the customer payment experience.

Custom Integration Solution  
We developed a tailored Shopify-SAP integration for NEOM, enhancing payment processing and order management. This solution ensured seamless, real-time data synchronization between their eCommerce platform and ERP system, improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and providing a unified system for better financial management and customer experience.

Omnichannel Ticketing System  
NEOM’s ticketing process was transformed with a centralized system to manage multiple event categories on a single platform. This streamlined system enabled customers to book tickets effortlessly while offering an optimized, omnichannel user experience that boosted user satisfaction and operational convenience.

Seamless Data Synchronization  
We linked Shopify, SAP, and Amazon Payment for NEOM, automating data synchronization processes. This integration connected Shopify-generated order IDs with SAP payment IDs, eliminating errors, streamlining financial tracking, and ensuring accurate reconciliation, enhancing overall efficiency and reliability in their financial systems.

Improved Payment Management  
To enhance NEOM’s payment processes, we integrated Saudi National Bank’s third-party system. This allowed retrieval of payment data using unique payment IDs, ensuring accuracy in transactions, streamlined invoicing, and efficient financial reporting, significantly improving customer payment experiences and overall system functionality.
