Petzone wanted to revamp its existing online store and mobile applications to address inefficiencies in payment processing, delivery tracking, and inventory management while enhancing customer engagement through loyalty programs and analytics. The goal was to create a seamless omnichannel experience with advanced features and intuitive design. We implemented Magento to offer them a seamless eCommerce store and developed iOS and Android-friendly mobile applications.

Complex Slot Booking for Services

Customers needed a streamlined slot booking system for services like pet grooming and events, enabling them to choose time, date, and location effortlessly.

Lack of Customer Analytics

The absence of advanced analytics limited Petzone’s ability to monitor user behavior, resulting in cart abandonment and ineffective data-driven marketing strategies.

Absence of  Loyalty Program

Without a loyalty program, customer retention and engagement suffer, preventing repeat purchases and missing opportunities to build lasting relationships with customers.

Unstructured UI & UX

Petzone’s platform had a complicated interface and poor navigation, negatively affecting user experience, increasing bounce rates, and lowering customer satisfaction levels.

Need for Unified Multi-Store Management  

With operations spanning four countries, Petzone required a centralized system to efficiently manage multiple store websites and streamline backend operations.

Lack of Real-Time Inventory Management

Managing inventory across locations was inefficient, leading to stock discrepancies, frequent shortages, or overstocking, creating challenges in the supply chain.

Seamless Website & Mobile App Development

We redesigned Petzone’s website using the Hyva frontend and Magento backend, ensuring faster performance and enhanced UI/UX. Mobile apps for Android and iOS were developed with a component-based architecture, allowing easy updates without requiring additional coding.

Integrated Payment Gateway

To improve payment flexibility and security, we integrated Tabby for instalment options, as well as Apple Pay and debit/credit card payments. These upgrades enhanced the checkout experience and reduced transaction failures, offering customers a smooth and secure payment process.

Advanced Slot Booking System

A custom slot booking feature was created, enabling customers to schedule pet grooming and event bookings with ease via the website and mobile apps, simplifying the overall booking process and enhancing user convenience.

Real-Time Delivery Tracking System 

We implemented an order tracking system with real-time updates and push notifications, allowing customers to monitor their orders effortlessly and ensuring a more reliable and transparent delivery experience.

Enhanced Push Notifications

Rich push notifications with images, videos, and text were introduced to boost customer engagement, recover abandoned carts, and promote exclusive deals. This strategy encouraged repeat visits and increased interaction with the platform.

AI-Powered Customer Analytics

By integrating Firebase analytics, we enabled Petzone to track user behavior, purchase patterns, and abandoned carts. This data helped in developing marketing strategies and improving customer experiences through informed, data-driven decisions.

Customer Loyalty Program

A loyalty program was implemented to allow customers to earn and redeem points on purchases. This initiative strengthened customer retention, encouraged repeat business, and enhanced engagement with the brand.

UI/UX Enhancements for Navigation

We revamped the website with a modern design featuring personalized product categories, an advanced search system, wishlist options, and a simplified checkout process, ensuring effortless navigation and a better shopping experience.

Unified Multi-Store Platform

A centralized multi-store setup was introduced, enabling Petzone to manage its operations across multiple countries efficiently through a single backend, simplifying administration and store-specific updates.

SAP Integration for Inventory Management

To ensure real-time inventory tracking, we integrated SAP, eliminating stock discrepancies, streamlining supply chain operations, and improving overall inventory reliability with automated management.

Deep Linking for Customer Engagement

We added deep linking support, enabling customers to directly access specific products on the app or website when clicking on Google or Facebook ads, creating a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

Operational Efficiency & Customer Retention

With advanced integrations, automated processes, loyalty programs, and analytics, Petzone achieved better operational workflows and enhanced customer retention. Personalized features and improved performance elevated the overall user experience.
