Streamlined DZRT's eCommerce Store with Magento for a Seamless Shopping Experience

We effectively launched their online store through Magento, implementing advanced features that provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience to their customers.

Absence of eCommerce Store
DZRT faced a significant challenge with the absence of an eCommerce store, limiting their ability to showcase and sell their tobacco-free nicotine pouches, hindering their reach to the target market and sales growth.

API Limitations and Restrictions

The whole process of DZRT was dependent on a third-party API with a hit limit of 300 per minute. When this limit is surpassed, the API becomes disabled and the client used to face non-operational for 24 hours.

Order Surge During Sales
DZRT was facing the issue of heavy incoming orders during sales, which can lead to the API limit being hit, and the API becomes overwhelmed and cannot accept any more requests, resulting in major loss. 
Real-Time Order Status Updates

Keeping order statuses updated in a timely and accurate manner can be problematic for DZRT, particularly in the case of large volumes and the use of multiple systems.
