ITOOH sought to build a scalable eCommerce website with features for vendor onboarding, personalized shopping, gift cards, returns, and live chat, all within a mobile-responsive framework. The objective was to improve user interaction, brand awareness, and simplify operations. We used Magento 2 to build a flexible, multi-vendor solution to aligned with the unique needs of ITOOH .

The platform did not capture user behavior or cart abandonment data, preventing effective remarketing and revenue recovery.

3. No Real-Time Customer Support
Absence of a live chat feature reduced response efficiency and negatively impacted customer experience during purchase decision-making.

4. Rigid Promotional System
ITOOH needed a system that allowed flexible promotions, gift cards, and sales campaigns to engage users based on dynamic rules.

5. Return & Refund Complexity

Return process was not so much macrophage and was creating a friction in the post-purchase.

We built a fully-functional multi-vendor marketplace platform that caters to supplier registration, inventory management, and the order placement of end customers. This setup paved the way for an open and well-laid performer-customer ecosystem to simplify order management.

Abandoned Cart Tracking & Management
Our abandoned cart feature helped ITOOH gain visibility into customer drop-off points and provided re-engagement tools that improved cart-to-checkout conversions.

Integrated Live Chat Support
Customers were integrated with a live chat system to have real-time conversations with the sellers. This raised the time to resolve, lessened friction, and created customer satisfaction.

Personalized Promotions & Gift Cards
We implemented a custom promotion and gift card mechanism where admins could set flexible discount conditions, hence enhancing marketing freedom and customer retention.
Streamlined Return Management
We also came up with a transparent and user-friendly returns system that simplifies getting a refund, builds more trust, and encourages repeated purchases.

Responsive & Mobile-First Design
A fully responsive design was laid out to fit each device and screen size. This gave uniform navigation and UX for the mobile, tablet, and desktop versions.
