This project aimed to build a scalable, aesthetic eCommerce website for Asia Jewellers that signifies the luxury brand image and ensures a seamless shopping experience. The site was built in Magento 2 and Hyvä Theme, along with future integration of CEGID ERP and Zoho CRM, for delivering seamless results.
The former platform exhibited slow loading speeds, which resulted in dissatisfaction among the customers and lost conversions. Speed optimization without losing design and functionality was the most difficult task.
Customers were struggling with navigation through the store, product discovery, and checkout, resulting in decreased engagement and sales. It was necessary to simplify the flow while preserving aesthetics.
Making every page and component look like Asia Jewellers’ brand image uniformly throughout the store proved to be difficult, especially while adjusting for new design updates and new UX needs.
Asia Jewellers struggled to integrate third-party systems such as CEGID ERP and Zoho CRM. They were seeking to create a flexible system architecture that would be able to integrate these systems smoothly in the future without significant redesigns.
Asia Jewellers’ requirement for high on-the-fly request frequency and repeated feedback cycles made it difficult to ensure consistent UX, brand consistency, and real-time updates, necessitating agile processes and effective iteration management.
With Figma, Magneto optimized the feedback process to make it easy to integrate client inputs quickly. This eliminated delays, facilitated quicker approvals, and ensured high-quality designs.
Developed on Magento 2 with Hyvä Theme, the website boasts a modular, high-performance architecture, designed to accommodate future CEGID ERP and Zoho CRM integrations with minimal redesigns.
Magneto’s agile processes enabled quick prototyping and changes, enabling the client to view changes promptly and adjust easily to changing specifications.
The site was optimized for effortless product discovery, filtering, and checkout, providing a seamless, immersive experience that improved usability and customer satisfaction.
Magneto made every visual aspect, from typography to color schemes, mirror Asia Jewellers’ luxury brand, so the site had a uniform and premium aesthetic.
