- Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, service descriptions, user guides, and FAQs.
- Translate complex IT concepts into clear, concise, and audience-friendly content.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to gather technical information.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and style guidelines.
- Edit, proofread, humanise, and update existing content to improve clarity and relevance.
- Manage multiple content deliverables while meeting deadlines.
- Optimise content for SEO and digital platforms where required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT services terminology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer in the IT Services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, including Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Digital Commerce, Data & Experience, and AI & Data Intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and understand technical topics quickly.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
