Redmond Fine Foods was using the SANA Commerce platform, which was limiting their B2B growth. We helped them to move them to a scalable, ERP-first B2B commerce solution, using Shopify Plus and Microsoft Dynamics 365, for delivering complex pricing, better trade transactions, and reducing manual effort with future automation and growth.
The existing SANA Commerce platform restricted UX flexibility and made it difficult to implement modern B2B features and workflows for Redmond Fine Foods.
Product descriptions, attributes, and media were managed manually, leading to inconsistencies and increased operational effort for the brand.
Stock levels, pricing, availability, and metadata were not reliably synchronised between ERP and the storefront, creating a major gap for the system integration.
Redmond Fine Foods trade customers required account-based pricing, bulk ordering, delivery planning, and clear availability indicators, capabilities that were missing or inefficient in the existing setup.
Using Shopify Plus’s built-in B2B features and expanding them to meet Redmond Fine Foods’ intricate trade procedures, we established it as a B2B-first commerce platform. For business clients, the new storefront offers a contemporary, user-friendly shopping experience.
We developed a thorough connectivity between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify Plus to centralise operations. This simplified pricing, stock availability, and product metadata are to be synchronised in real-time across platforms.

delivery scheduling, to improve usability and buyer confidence.
