Job Description

• Strategy & Ownership: Develop and own end-to-end email/SMS marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce clients.
• Advanced Automation: Design, build, and optimize complex automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-back) and segmentation models.
• Execution & Deliverability: Execute campaigns, manage deliverability, and ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Data & Optimization: Lead rigorous A/B testing and provide data-driven, actionable insights to clients and internal teams to continuously boost performance metrics (ROI, CLV, open/click rates).
• Client Management: Present performance reports and strategic roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in E-commerce Email Marketing, preferably within an agency.
• Expert proficiency with a major E-commerce ESP like Klaviyo (highly preferred), Brevo and Mailchimp.
• Proven track record of success in driving measurable e-commerce revenue (not just lead generation).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into a clear strategic direction.
