Key Responsibilities

  • Regions- Middle East, UK, Aus/NZ & North America
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services such as software development, web/app development, cloud solutions, and digital services.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT services sales or B2B sales.
  • Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and basic technical concepts.
  • Ability to handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience in selling IT services to domestic or international clients.
  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar.
