Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Design and manage A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth experiments.
  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue growth.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights, and new growth channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, Ecommerce, or Technology marketing is preferred.
