- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands to drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build and manage high-converting automation flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
- Work extensively on Klaviyo and similar platforms, with deep integration into Shopify and Magento stores.
- Manage and sync customer data, events, and product feeds from Shopify and Magento for personalized communication.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies based on purchase behavior, order frequency, AOV, lifecycle stage, and engagement.
- Execute A/B testing across campaigns and flows to improve open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue per recipient.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage accounts independently.
- Communicate strategies, performance insights, and recommendations clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, development) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Align email campaigns with promotional calendar including sales events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce email marketing and automation.
- Strong expertise in Klaviyo is mandatory.
- Proven experience working with Shopify and Magento platforms, including integrations and data handling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage clients independently.
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts and delivering performance results.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and revenue attribution.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and campaign optimization.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
