Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements.
• Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules as per business needs.
• Conduct GAP analysis and prepare functional documents.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Handle ERP implementation, migration, and testing activities.
• Create workflows, reports, and process documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve business operations.
• Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functional modules.
• Knowledge of business processes across Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Accounting.
• Experience in ERP implementation and client handling.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of workflow configuration and reporting.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
