Common issues faced by the client

• The previous developers have not followed the standard coding practices due to which a lot of backend modules were not behaving in the right way.
• The client was feeding the Inventory manually, since previous developers were not able to integrate with their ERP system. Hence the checking and stock auditing process was done manually which increased manual efforts and error frequency.
• Shipping labels were generated manually which was a time consuming activity and took more working hours.
• Client was able to check out without entering mandatory address fields such as city/street name/district.
• There was no provision to add additional banners to the website and sliders were also missing in the existing website.
• Gift card feature was not working on their existing website.
• Admin faced challenges while adding or modifying homepage categories.
• During the auditing process, we realize the UX design quality was not upto the mark hence the client was facing more cart abandonments.
• Product review page was very basic and did not have much great interactive user experience for visitors.
• Admin did not have access to add or change store branch locations.
• Advanced reports were not working on the existing website.
• Website was intended to be functional in multiple languages but failed to do so as it was not properly configured.
