Arabian Ceramics, founded in 2006, is one of the Middle East’s largest producers of ceramic tiles and porcelains. They want to create immersive experiences through conceptualization and design that will meet the needs of customers and turn them into a reality.

Arabian Ceramics mainly serve in Saudi Arabia and are exporters for Europe as well.

For almost 14 years, they have been designing and manufacturing floor and wall coverings for public, commercial, and residential settings.

Their company was only operating in an offline mode, and they wanted to open an online store.

Common issues faced

  • There was no eCommerce website for the company. They only had the enquiry website.
  • They were solely functioning through their physical stores, but they wanted to expand into the B2C sector as well.
  • The existing website was allowing B2B customers to only enquire about the product. They couldn’t interact more with the business and transaction completion was taking longer time.
