Their goal was to create a streamlined eCommerce system to boost performance, optimize store operations, and elevate the shopping experience. By implementing Magento 2, we revamped their digital presence, introduced customer-focused features, and simplified backend management, for delivering operational excellence.

Absence of Picker App  

Without a picker app, Chandrana’s shipping operations were inefficient, leading to delays in order fulfillment and errors that negatively impacted customer experience and operational performance.  

Mismatched Product Stock  

Chandrana faced challenges due to the absence of a systematic inventory system, leading to stock discrepancies and mismanagement. This resulted in customer dissatisfaction, operational inefficiencies, and negatively impacted the reliability of their online grocery service.

Payment Integration Issues  

Chandrana was facing issues with limited payment options led to transaction difficulties for customers, preventing smooth checkout experiences and hindering overall sales performance.  

Inefficient Delivery System  

The lack of automated delivery management resulted in inconsistent fulfilment, delayed orders, and reduced customer satisfaction for Chandrana, emphasizing the need for a modernized system.  

Slow and Outdated Web Pages  

The client was struggling with their outdated website. They were facing issues with speed and responsiveness, delivering a poor user experience and affecting customer engagement and retention.  

Missing Loyalty Program  

The absence of a robust loyalty program prevented effective customer retention strategies, reducing engagement and missing opportunities to reward and retain valued customers for Chandrana.

Geofencing and Store Pickup Management

We implemented Geofencing to connect customers with their nearest store, increasing foot traffic and engagement. Additionally, customers could schedule store pickups or choose home delivery, supported by backend tools for efficient slot coordination.

Better Product Stock Management

To streamline the stock tracking across multiple locations we integrated an ERP system. It ensures real-time updates and prevents inventory discrepancies. This optimization boosted the operational efficiency and strengthened the overall reliability of Chandrana’s services.

Streamlined Navigation and Shopping Experience

We introduced a Mega Menu to simplify navigation, allowing customers to browse products and categories effortlessly. Advanced filtering and sorting options were added to help users quickly locate groceries, improving their shopping experience significantly.

Advance Picker App and Shipping Integration

A picker app for Android and iOS was developed to improve warehouse coordination and streamline order fulfilment. Seamless delivery was enabled through LITTLE AFRICA’s integration using REST API and mobile app tools for reliable order completion.

Robust Loyalty and Payment Solutions

The nGage Loyalty Program was introduced to reward customer loyalty through SMS registration and OTP validation. Additionally, ABSA and M-Pesa payment integrations facilitated smooth, secure transactions using personalized payment links.

Optimized Catalog and Order Management  

We streamlined catalog management for Chandrana to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and categorization, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Automated order processing software was also implemented to handle real-time stock updates and provide customer-approved replacements for unavailable items.

Seamless Website and Mobile Applications  

The Magento 2 website and mobile apps were redesigned to provide better UI/UX, delivering an intuitive and engaging digital experience. It resulted in performance enhancements that addressed speed and responsiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction on both platforms.

Store Credit and Returns Simplification  

A store credit system was integrated with ERP to automate refunds and returns. API-based return requests were introduced, enabling customers to initiate refunds quickly and effortlessly, enhancing post-purchase satisfaction.

Intelligent Search and Sorting Features  

We integrated Algolia’s advanced search module, delivering faster and more accurate results. Additionally, robust filtering and sorting functionalities were implemented to simplify the search process, helping users find products more efficiently.
