The client was doing good business and they also had an ecommerce store through they were not generating enough revenue. They were willing to setup the same brand recognition in online market as they had in offline market. During the audit of the client’s website, Magneto consulted the client to migrate their store as well redesigning it. - The design of the store was quite outdated comparing to current trend in eCommerce, UX was not that interactive.
