Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage in high-intent conversations on Quora and Reddit
  • Write high-quality, insightful, and non-promotional answers/posts
  • Build authority and trust to generate inbound interest
  • Research relevant topics, questions, and subreddits aligned with our ICP
  • Drive organic traffic and lead generation through value-led content
  • Strategically introduce CTAs, case studies, and content assets
  • Track performance metrics like views, engagement, traffic, and leads
  • Continuously optimize approach based on what drives conversions
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams for alignment

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in content marketing, community marketing, or organic growth
  • Strong understanding of Quora and Reddit platforms
  • Proven ability to drive traffic and/or leads organically
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex tech concepts into engaging content
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech domain is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with focus on performance
