Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships within ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, B2B commerce, and technology communities.
  • Actively participate in LinkedIn groups, industry forums, and online communities to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage company social media profiles and execute content aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Drive audience engagement through discussions, comments, and community interactions.
  • Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, and research reports into engaging social content.
  • Monitor industry trends and conversations, sharing relevant insights with internal teams.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, consultants, and industry experts.
  • Coordinate collaborations, webinars, podcasts, guest articles, and community events.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives and strengthen Magneto’s brand reputation in the digital commerce ecosystem.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with online communities and industry forums.
  • Ability to build relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce, ecommerce, SaaS, technology, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
