- Build and nurture relationships within ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, B2B commerce, and technology communities.
- Actively participate in LinkedIn groups, industry forums, and online communities to increase brand visibility.
- Manage company social media profiles and execute content aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Drive audience engagement through discussions, comments, and community interactions.
- Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, and research reports into engaging social content.
- Monitor industry trends and conversations, sharing relevant insights with internal teams.
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, consultants, and industry experts.
- Coordinate collaborations, webinars, podcasts, guest articles, and community events.
- Support employee advocacy initiatives and strengthen Magneto’s brand reputation in the digital commerce ecosystem.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging with online communities and industry forums.
- Ability to build relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
- Familiarity with digital commerce, ecommerce, SaaS, technology, or agency environments is preferred.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
