Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword research, search intent mapping, and content optimization for modern search (AI, SGE). Drive organic traffic, inbound leads, and local visibility.
  • Create and manage SEO-driven content aligned with target audience (ICP). Simplify complex topics and guide team members to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content quality, research, and efficiency. Build streamlined workflows for better output and performance.
  • Drive qualified inbound leads through SEO and content. Improve lead quality through targeting and alignment with internal teams.
  • Analyze search behavior, identify content gaps, and continuously refine strategy based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in SEO + content marketing (B2B, SaaS, or IT services)
  • SEO (on-page, keyword research, content optimisation)
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
  • Local SEO and online reputation management (reviews, listings, etc.)
  • Product marketing basics (ICP, positioning, messaging)
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in AI tools for marketing workflows
  • Good communication and writing skills, and ability to simplify technical concepts
